IBPSA-USA completed its formal organization process in January of 1998. IBPSA-USA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Officers are elected by the membership every two years. The current Board was elected on January 29, 2011. Officers and Board members of IBPSA-USA are governed by our Conflict of Interest Policy.
