The IBPSA-USA Wisconsin Chapter welcomes Benjamin Skelton from Cyclone Energy to Strang's new office building at 811 E Washington Avenue. Skelton's case study sets out to tell the story of how the Walgreens Net-Zero Energy Store at 635 N. Chicago in Evanston, Illinois, was designed to accomplish this vision through state-of-the art design techniques, high-efficiency equipment, advanced control strategies and superior indoor environmental quality, and how the measurement and verification process is using calibrated energy modeling to track performance. We would warmly welcome those in the community interested about net-zero buildings, the buildings of the future.
