Check-Out the Wisconsin Chapter's First Speaker Event: Exploring Simulation Evolution in Wisconsin and Beyond

The Wisconsin Chapter's first speaker meeting, Exploring Simulation Evolution in Wisconsin and Beyondwas a well attended event at the TESS office on Capitol Square in the heart of Madison. There were a total of 13 in attendance the evening of February 7, 2019. We had a wonderful social hour with excellent drinks, appetizers, and of course Wisconsin cheeses.

The speaker, Professor Emeritus Michael Utzinger presented engaging material about different historical aspects of simulation in Wisconsin. His unique background in both architecture, engineering, and simulation allows him to bridge many different “language barriers” between those fields. We went over our alloyed time due to the fascinating material and thought-provoking discussion. It was great, and we are looking forward to the next event!
