Read All About the Wisconsin Chapter's Recent Sip and Sim Happy Hour

The Wisconsin Chapter's Sip and Sim Happy Hour, held on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018, was the chapter’s inaugural event to meet other simulation professionals and software experts, discuss energy code, and airing of simulation grievances. Energy modelers, architects, engineers, simulation software developers, building and HVAC professionals, researchers, and anyone remotely interested in the built environment was welcome to join.

The group met for over an hour at Rockhound Brewing Company in Madison, WI, and the discussion topics included: energy modeling for a cruise ship and on Mars, data centers, and also future topics/ideas for the growing chapter

Eight people attended the event: 2 from AEI, 2 from the Weidt Group, 1 from IES, 1 from TESS, 1 from HGA, and 1 independent consultant.
