During this webinar, we'll analyze all of the windows/curtain panels on a facade to identify which ones have direct sight lines to nearby points of interest, then create a "heat map" diagram of the facade visualizing which windows have the most desirable views. To validate this analysis, we'll also generate a 3D perspective camera view at each window.

About the Presenter:
Ian Siegel is fascinated by technology and has a passion for improving the process of architectural design. As a Building Information Modeling (BIM) practice specialist for Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates in New York City, he works closely with teams of designers to develop custom tools and workflows that enable them to design freely, document efficiently, and coordinate effectively. Siegel began exploring the Dynamo extension as a way to automate aspects of his design and documentation work in Revit software, and now he enjoys sharing timesaving techniques with others in the industry who are looking to do the same.
