Daylight Performance of Laser Cut Panels


Centre for Advanced Research in Building Science and Energy (CARBSE) at CEPT University has evaluated the application of Laser Cut Panels (LCP) with reference to availability of daylight in deep plan open offices. Analysis was done for three Indian cities located on different latitudes with varying Window to Wall Ratio (WWR) and windows placed on North, South, East and West orientation. Results generated are analyzed for spatial distribution of daylight and savings in lighting energy consumption.
