Joan Gregerson, founder of Green Team Academy, worked as a building energy engineer for over 20 years. In one position, Joan reviewed Measurement & Verification reports for large energy performance contracts. She noticed a disturbing trend where the projected efficiencies weren’t being achieved or weren’t persisting in many cases. Meanwhile, Joan ‘accidentally’ founded Sustainable Revolution Longmont, an environmental nonprofit that changed the course of the city in two years.
