Nicole Ballinger is the Building Emissions Performance Standard “BEPS” Program Manager at the City of Seattle Office of Sustainability & Environment. She is currently managing and growing the team to implement the City’s newly adopted BEPS policy and owner support programs. Previously she served as a strategic buildings and energy policy advisor, managed Seattle’s Building Tune-Up Accelerator Program, and led program outreach and data strategies for Seattle’s Energy Benchmarking & Reporting ordinance.
