Hanif Smith
Executive Director
Hanif earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology. He has spent his career supporting the mission of professional associations, particularly medical specialty associations across the Caribbean.
He is proud to have worked with association clients whose missions are consistent with his own desire for a healthier, safer, and more equitable world. He has a wide range of experience in meeting and event planning; membership recruitment and retention; accounting, governance, and advocacy. His core values are integrity, compassion, empathy, and teamwork.
Hanif enjoys reading, running, and spending time with his young family.

Jackie Diaz
Administrative Coordinator
Jackie is a detail-oriented bilingual professional with experience in high-volume office environments. She brings with her exceptional communication skills and sound judgment that enable her to support diverse teams and projects effectively. Jackie enjoys learning new things and challenging herself to be better today than she was yesterday.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, trail walking, indoor and outdoor climbing, and a trivia night. Jackie treasures a positive work environment and loves to make others laugh.

Katie Stewart
Administrative Coordinator
Katie is an experienced administrative coordinator and communications specialist, with over twenty years in customer service relations and office management, utilizing B2B social media marketing and e-newsletter engagement for digital distribution and print media for event planning or seminar/webinar events.
She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications & Journalism from Florida International University, and recently completed her Paralegal Studies Certification from Rasmussen University. She's also a Florida Notary!
Katie enjoys reading and listening to true crime podcasts. Her hobbies include fiber arts like quilting, cross stitch and crochet; and enjoys playing video games with her husband and friends.
